At aurorixos, we take pride in crafting custom-made jerseys just for you. Because each item is personalized, most orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligible Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The jersey arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive an incorrect item due to our error.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aurorixos.com.
- Provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the problem.
- If approved, we’ll either replace the jersey or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once production begins, cancellations or changes are not allowed.
Sizing & Customization
- Please double-check your size, colors, and personalization details before ordering.
- Returns will not be accepted for customer errors in size or design selection.
